We all need support sometimes; support to think and feel about who we are, what we are doing, who we are doing it with and the adaptions we have to make for a better future. I can provide that support through providing time; time which is safe, confidential, reflective but has a new and fresh perspective.
Since becoming qualified in 1999 I have worked with various sectors within the community from the seriously mentally ill, private practice, out of home care, addiction and remote aboriginal communities. All these experiences have provided me with the knowledge and practical strategies to assist with recovery from the depression/anxiety, trauma, grief or intense feelings that are evident when you are struggling with your day to day life.
I look forward to meeting you and beginning to understand and change your experiences.
